So, now that we’ve got into school…how are you all choosing? I’m wondering where everyone is considering, how you’re going to choose etc.
Here’s my list, in general order of preference. If you have to be accepted into the major I put that down for everyone’s reference:
NYU Tisch-Film/T.V. Production
Northwestern’s School of Comm.- Film/TV
USC-Screenwriting
Other places:
Harvard
Wesleyan
Umich
WashU

Hey - did you get into Tisch? If so - I'll see you there this year!

Yep, I got this weird invitation to something called saturday at the square.

Pt, is that a question? Or, are you going to columbia?

i was wonderin why you didn't list it.....haha, i WISH i was goin there!

Wait, you got into columbia, but not tisch? Which area did you apply to?

noooo. im not going to nyu or columbia, i just thought i'd list columbia since you didn't...because they're good in film as well.

Where are you off to? I'm just curious to see where fellow filmmakers are studying?.

I got into Northwestern and might transfer, if possible, into their film major. What have you heard about it? Is it good?

I just got an e-mail from northwestern, because I asked about transfers..and they said they try to keep the school of communication pretty closed to transfer. The e-mail said it was rare for people to transfer into communication (especially theater and film), but easy to transfer out.

all i know about northwestern is that they're one of 10 schools that participate in the "coca-cola refreshing film-maker's contest".

Pt, you never answered my question...haha. Where are you going?!

haha sorry. well i didn't get into UCLA film school :-(....but i wanted to go out of state anyways, have the all american quintessential college experience, and try new things....as of right now it's down to indiana university-bloomington and UNC-chapel hill, i'd do journalism at whichever one i go to.
