WHAT THE **** WERE THEY SMOKING?????? lets freakin launch 3s with 20 seconds left on the shotclock when we're up by 10 points with 7 mins remaining! yea good idea!!!! sdfl;ksjdfklj

yeah!!! what the crap was up with that!!!!! laskdjfalsdfjlasdlfas

going 1/19 to end the game. That is just ridiculous. But think about it, next year we will have another chance to win it all. Wes Miller, Reyshawn Terry, and dewey burke are the only seniors. Unless anyone leaves early for the NBA, we will be in good shape for next year.

Yep, at least we get to keep Hansbrough

2/21 down the stretch is never good.

Georgetown is doing really well, though. They have a really good chance of beating Ohio State. The Hibbert-Oden matchup is going to be classic.

And hey Heels, Hansbrough's got a couple more years don't he?

Well one of the reasons they didnt get to shoot many points in the paint is because of hibbert and ewing's presence. it was pathetic though 1/19

definitely hibbert and ewing being there had an impact on the game, but think bout it, if they drove in everytime, and got a FOUL, it'd be the 5th for either guy....

yea, but I just think that towards the end of regulation they were taking bad shots early in the possession, and they could of took their time, got the ball inside to Hansbrough, or Wright, and they would of been on the road to Atlanta

Brandan Wright might go pro. He's a projected top 10 pick behind Oden and Durant. But who knows, maybe he will stay. It's just frustrating because UNC should have been getting ready for Atlanta. Eh...dang. Atleast, Duke fans will keep their mouth shut after their performance.

^Amen about the Dukies.

Wright will be GONE. He's to much of a Draft prospect.
Lawson might go too.

Theres really no excuse for how Carolina played in the last few minutes of regulation, let alone OT. Even with UNC getting plenty of unmerited calls, Roy still made some terrible coaching decisions.

I respect Roy and Carolina, and they did very well for such a young program, but am not suprised to see them gone after an overhyped season.

The ACC in general is overhyped. It's because of all the East coast guys on ESPN...but look, how many ACC teams are in the Final 4?

why would wright and lawson leave...

that just wouldnt make sense. the nba would kill them..physically. nba is no joke. i dont see any of them leaving..unless hansbrough decides a college ring isnt necessary

wright would leave because he's a projected top draft pick and $$$, obviously

lawson wants to leave (he's not exactly the most selfless guy around), but probably isn't good enough to

Wright will go pro because nba teams will take him based on potential. He would not be expected to play right away but Wright has amazing potential. He'll be a top 10 pick, no doubt. Lawson probably won't go this year because traditionally, PGs need a little more experience to be drafted very high. He could use a year or two at UNC. I hope everyone stays but I won't be mad if they leave for the NBA. It's a lot of money to turn down.

I have been stuck deciding between Carolina and Georgetown. I suppose my decision is much easier to make than I previously assumed.

jk

ehh..well marvin williams left after 1 year too..and look where that got him

but i guess if he'll leave for the $$, whatever, i'll be sad to see him go

Yeah, it got him a starting position for an NBA team and millions of dollars.

hey no need to give me attitude, chillmandan. i was just saying that yeah he got his $$ but you dont hear much about marvin in the nba ...come to think of it..i follow the nba and i dont hear anything about him
