Final Report, Registrar Report, and Mid Term Report

<p>Regarding the Mid-Term Report, when do I fill it out? I'm applying for Fall 2014, so should I wait until spring when my Mid-Term grades come out, or this semester?</p>

<p>Regarding the other two, is the Final Report only for HS info? I don't see in writing where the Registrar attaches a transcript in the Registrar Report, so how is my college transcript going to be sent? </p>

<p>Am I also gonna be expected to provide the Registrar and HS officials with envelopes and stamps? Because I'm away for college and I can't really bring them some envelopes in person.</p>

<p>Can these documents be sent online in any way to save the hassle?

<p>Reread what each college wants. They don’t want all of those forms probably. I think the common app shows all possible forms to you. They will also explain who should fill out what.</p>
