Finally making one of these! Chances?

high school: 2.1 gpa: left first high school to alternative school; expelled from alternative school then finished at alternative alternative school? (lol) Went to ADS (Alcohol Drug Services after getting caught with marijuana) --> will this high school stuff wreck me?

I found out I was undocumented and about a few months after, diagnosed with depression, got into heavy drug use but since ADS, I've been completely sober. My main focus right now is school; my essays will probably be about my change from highschool -> ADS -> college something of that sort I haven't thought about it yet because I in summer session. Most likely "conquering obstacle" essay.

CC GPA: 3.7
Junior transfer
Major: Neuroscience 2nd: Biochem or Mol.Bio (pre-med)
Will have 1 year of orgo and calc based physics by spring
Got B's in English and 1 Semester G.Chem. -_- fml
Out-of-state

EC:
tutor sat/bio/math
teach golf
made and sold pottery to buy/make food for homeless
Bass guitar for church
crapton of church related stuff in highschool idk if it matters since im a junior

My GPA is kind of on the lower side but I finally learned how to study after 2.5 semesters in college so I think I'll be able to get it up to 3.8 hopefully

I just want to know what colleges I shouldn't bother applying to + chances??

Any IVYS/Stanford?
Vanderbilt
Pitt
UCB/UCLA/UCSD
Pomona or Amherst
Northern Virginia Community College Guaranteed Acceptance Agreement: Not sure if it really is "guaranteed" but yea I'm doing it for UVA, UWashington, W&M
Any schools you guys think I should apply to??

I really want to do research, city or town doesn't matter i really like both, but I'm in love with trees here in Northern Virginia.

Thank you for reading and replying!

It is really “guaranteed.” That said, Ivies/Stanford/Vandy/UCB/UCLA/Pomona/Amherst are reaches. You have a legitimate chance with the others imo.

Dang lol need a new list of sxhools I guess. Any suggestions?

I’d try a few of the reaches (Vandy, Cornell, maybe a few others) and definitely both UVA and W&M.

forgot to include USC?>
