How easy is it to get financial aid/merit aid at Rose Hulman Institute of Technology? More specifically, how easy is it for a middle class, white male with approximate stats of a 3.7 UW gpa with the hardest courses and a 34 act?

Given what you describe, I would expect you to receive financial awards from Rose-Hulman, if past years are able to predict the future (my financial advisor is screaming).

Thanks! I was just wondering because I do fall into the group that is most common in engineering (white, middle class, male) so I knew it would be harder for me to get scholarship money and financial aid in general. My family’s income isn’t low enough to receive a ton of government financial aid (if any) but it also is not extremely large. At the moment, my parent want me to apply to schools I based upon my academics and cast a net to see what I can get from any schools better than UIUC for chemical or biomedical engineering, since I’m in state for Illinois.
