Ive had this financial aid bar for a month now. It says my fin aid counselor needs to look at my fafsa again because a change was made and then I just got another bar because my high school sent a scholarship over and my fin aid counselor needs to make sure he/she doesnt need to make corrections to my financial aid package. Ive contacted the osfs many times and every time they said my counselor just needs to look over it and they will send over an email. Nothing has happened. Are they really that busy? My question is I am going to freshman orientation july 14 and I am worried that I wont be able to register for classes because of these bars. If they are cleared up by then, will I be able to clear them up when I go to orientation so I can register for classes on time?</p>
<p>If I were you I would try setting up an appontment to meet with a fin aid counselor on the july 14 when you go to orientation. Beyond that I do not know the answers to your questions.</p>
<p>Also want to say that they are really busy. My fafsa has been in the processing stage for over 5 weeks.</p>
