<p>I think it says on website some time in feb. anyhow there are never deadlines in january. They are either jan 1st, feb. 1st, feb. 15th, march 1st, march 15th, april 1st, april 15th for almost all colleges. I think PR is somewhere in that february one.</p>

<p>I believe its submitted by Feb 1. It's online so the submitted and received shouldn't be that different anyway.</p>

<p>Post marked, I'm sure, like everything else. Anywho, the only school that I know of that has a deadline before Feb. 1 is Cornell. Which I didn't even know had a seperate application until thie 1st. So bascially if I don't get financial aid I will be super ****ed.</p>
