financial aid for international + rec letters

<p>I am wondering if it is significantly harder to get into CC if you need financial aid as an international? My IB scores are average (36) but my percentage grades looks better (93%). I know that CC is super competitive, but will needing financial aid severely impact your chances?</p>

<p>Also, I was thinking of asking my lit teacher of writing a rec for me. the problem is he has only taught me for 3 months, but he already has a good insight on how well I perform in class (i get 6-7s on IB scale for my assessments)</p>
