This should be spot on. What is your FAFSA EFC?
My FAFSA EFC was about 8k - however, since I am OOS, I was unsure as to how much aid they would meet

It shows that a nonresident with a FAFSA EFC of $8000 will get $3000 in gift aid, $10,400 in loans and work study, and have $28,509 remaining for the student and parents to pay. Do your parents have $28,509 to give you this year?
There is currently a proposal to increase nonresident tuition $3000 next year, another $3000 the year after, then $2000 each of the following two years. This is not yet part of the net price calculator.
So doing the math, here are your costs including $8000 EFC if the proposal passes:
Year 1: $28k + $3k
Year 2: $31k + $3k
Year 3: $34k + $2k
Year 4: $36k + $2k
Total $139k
