Son's financial aid was posted. It has the Mckissick listed, but does not list any Stafford loans. I did submit Fafsa.

I don't understand? Does anyone have the same?

Honestly, someone here may can explain but for serious money questions like this, I would call the financial aid office. We have found them to be very helpful most of the times we have called.

I would definitely suggest calling because I’m not completely sure, but I believe loans and stuff like that are posted later. The FAFSA isn’t due until April 1, so they probably haven’t handed those types of awards out yet. If I’m remembering correctly, my scholarship was up there far before my loans and a departmental scholarship I received.

I went in the other day and they said they’d start posting things on April 1.

You also might want to check the status of your application. Despite me submitting my FAFSA two weeks ago, mine still says incomplete on VIP and I had to fill out a form as well as get information from the IRS regarding my tax information as well as my parent’s.

They changed federal regulations this year, and as such, I’m not going to be able to get my file completed by the deadline, despite starting the process earlier this year than last year.

FAFSA shouldn’t be posted yet. I received a lot of FAFSA aid last year and the only thing posted on VIP is USC academic scholarships. Trust me, it’s nothing to worry about. When it comes to mid-April and you still haven’t heard anything, maybe then consider calling the financial aid office.
