<p>I got accepted and plan to attend VT but I was confused that I got no merit aid considering I have a 1440 SAT score and rank 28/600. Two of my fellow students who also got accepted received $3,500 each and I had better stats than both of them across the board. I attempted to call the Office of Financial Aid and could only talk to a secretary but she claimed that their office handled primarily FAFSA aid and that I should contact the engineering dept. since that is my major but I can not seem to find exactly who I should speak to. I am really lost and honestly just want to find out if I can get any more merit ASAP and send my deposit in already!</p>
