<p>I've just had my financial need adjusted for Summer semester to include a computer, and applied for a private student loan. It's school certified so it will first go to UMich and the remainder to me. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with this and knows how long after Summer classes start I should expect my portion of the loan? I just want to know how long I'll have to go in classes without a laptop.</p>
