Financial Aid Suspension

I just graduated community college in Southern California with my Associate's in Arts degree but I would like to take more classes before I apply to transfer so that I can raise my GPA but I just saw that my financial aid is suspended. How would I go about appealing it so that I can take more classes with financial aid? I never really received a check from financial aid but I did have the Board of Governors fee waiver that eliminated the cost of tuition and made it easier to pay for schooling. How can I get that back?

^You won’t eligible for any financial aid because you’re not studying toward a degree at the community college. You already graduated from that college.

Thank you for responding! Would I be able to receive financial aid if I transfer to another community college?

Also I don’t how community college to handle second Associate Degree.
