<p>On UCSD's financial aid page it says:</p>

<p>Your application must be completed by May 1st in order to be considered for university grants, loans or work-study. To receive an official UCSD Financial Aid Award Notification, you must:</p>

<pre><code>* By May 1st, provide the UCSD Financial Aid Office with:
o Your signed, completed Verification Worksheet.
o Additional information if requested later by UCSD.

  • By May 1st, provide the UCSD Admissions Office with: o Your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR). </code></pre>

<p>I have submitted my SIR but I have yet to send them the Verification Worksheet! I just found out today! Has anybody done this yet?</p>

<p>it’s not a big deal… just print the sheet out, fill it out, and mail it to them by 5/1.</p>

<p>Do we all have to fill out the verification form? On my Tritonlink, it doesn’t say anywhere about submitting a form by May 1st.</p>

<p>No, they only audit a certain percentage of people, usually ones that qualify for the blue/gold package, so if it isn’t on your checklist then you don’t have to worry about it.</p>

<p>Can you fax the forms for financial aid or do they have to be mailed?</p>

<p>They can be faxed. The number is on the verification worksheet.</p>
