UCR, CPP, and SDSU are the schools I am considering, and the biggest consideration of mine for each college. All of them had published the initial financial aid, but they are so different they are almost incomparable.

CPP: cal grant only
UCR: everything (cal grant, UC grant, pell grant, SEOG, loan, etc) (Blue & Gold)
SDSU: everything but cal grant

Do the preliminary package list all the potential aid that will be offered? Or could there be more aid available later?

for CPP I was also accepted to Kellogg honors college. could that further increase my aid?

It would be easier if you spelled out the money you got and the cost of each school, usually you get your merit aid and FA together but sometimes it comes in separate packages, I would think by now you have everything you are gonna get.
