<p>AAGAJA i only know answer to your first quetion cuz i had same problem i called fin aid office and told them and they sent me a new package with the loan being about 12k smaller since i am not paying for room and board</p>
<p>I got a letter saying I was a presidential scholar for college of arts and science, is that already included in the financial aid packet? (It said CAS scholarship: $-----)</p>
<p>I never got a financial aid letter with my acceptance package, and I just got my award letter today in the mail. My EFC is $25,000, and I got a $20,000 Trustee Scholarship, $4000 Federal Work-Study, $5500 Federal Loans (Subsidized and Unsubsidized), and about $25,000 in Parent PLUS Loans. Its actually surprisingly good considering the fact that I sent in my FAFSA on like March 18 (well after the deadline). Now I am actually considering NYU, it all depends on my USC award letter now.</p>
<p>apparently my mom forgot to list NYU on my fafsa form… does this mean there is just no hope for financial aid this year? would they accept it late?</p>

<p>Yes I was accepted early decision but I only got an Estimated financial aid packet in December. I just received my Final financial aid packet today and they increased my packet from 40k(estimated: December) to 53k(final) for whatever reason. I didn’t even ask for more. I guess they really do care somewhat lol =D.</p>
<p>Fabulous, We will be getting ours in May/June. D will be a sophomore. So we don’t know what will happen. Hope we get more than we expect as well.</p>

<p>I got my packet today in the mail, too. NetPartner is working as well. My parents and I briefly discussed it earlier and it seems that we can’t afford it. </p>

<p>I just checked yesterday, and NetPartner was working fine for me. To access it, you set up your NYUHome account, and then access your way into NetPartner (directions should be in packet they mailed to you). You use your NYU ID to “request pin”. It will send you a pin to your NYU E-mail address for you to sign in.</p>
