S completed his first CFA for WP last week. Any idea how well he did?

Basketball Throw 61.4 ft.
Pull Ups 9
Shuttle Run 9.7 sec
Sit Ups 95
Push Ups 65
Mile Run 5:59

AFAIK he cannot take a second CFA unless WP give him prior permission. Curious about whether he might get a second chance or they will accept this as-is.

For USMA, candidates usually only take the test once. If a candidate has a strong file in all other areas, but fails the CFA, he/she may be invited to retake the test, but this is not the norm. Candidates are not offered the chance to retake the test to improve their score if they have passed the test. The exception to this is if the CFA taken at SLS. These candidates can retake the test and submit new scores.

I’ll definitely keep you posted. Thanks for everyone’s help, and if anyone else has any sense on how his scores compare to cadets who actually got appointments (not only to the posted averages but also to specific cadet results), that’d be interesting to find out, too!

RLTW - When looking at other candidate’s results remember that the CFA “only” counts 10% of the whole candidate score, and for the most part, for fully qualified candidates, it is the whole candidate score and the strength of the competition that determines whether a candidate receives an appointment or not.
