I did really well my first semester and I believe my GPA will increase from 4.23 to 4.32 and my class rank will move up probably around 8-10 spots. Since I already filled out my applications and my current grades will not be reflected on my transcript, how do I go about sending in this information to the Universities that I applied to? When they review my application for the common app they will see my old information, so how important are senior year first semester grades and how do I make sure that they see the increase in my stats?
I would talk to your counselor, but the schools I have applied to do not look at the first semester grades of your senior year unless the school specifically requires you to send them, I wouldn’t. Your GPA is really good and it appears you have worked really hard the past three years. Don’t stress! But if your application isn’t due yet, ask your counselor to see if he or she will send them.
