Hi! My name’s Axelle and I just got my acceptance letter in the mail (Communication Design)! I’m beyond excited, but I’m kind of worried about making friends (FIT has a rep for having catty, clique-y, standoff-ish students, which freaks me out because I’m moving from the DMV area and I’m quite shy). I’m also super concerned about financial aid (I need a looooooot or I can’t go lmao). Any advice/experiences to share?
Will international student recive any scholarships?
Are there any international applicants here who’ve received their letters?

Has anyone NOT received anything? I have MyFIT and I sent in all supplemental stuff but I didn’t get any acceptance or rejection emails and I’m really worried.
I have received absolutely nothing…no mail…no email. Everything was in on time. Absolutely tortured in this limbo.

In the same boat. No acceptance or rejection yet. I’m pretty sure only OA have gotten their letters so far. All others are supposedly going out Monday according to people who have spoken to administration at FIT. The wait is actually torture 
What does OA stands for again?
