<p>I just find out that I am assigned to Fletcher Hall. And too bad I saw so many bad words on it. So I wonder whether I can "swap" with someone else or decline the assignment? I do not know how the "swap" works, do I need to go to some website or go anywhere? Plus if I decline the assignment, can I get a dorm room again? Will there be other rooms avaliable?</p>
