Florida student looking for some help and input

I am from Florida. There is a very good chance that I will get admitted into U of Miami or U of South Florida accelerated program with Fulbright Scholarship. I am also interested to apply for out of state school programs. In particularly, I like GWU program since my parents will be relocating there soon. Does GWU offer any merit scholarship? If they do not, does it make sense to forefeet the Fulbright Scholarship and pursue out of state admission? I think not. Also, my parents’ income will not allow me to pursue need based scholarship either. Can anyone from Florida share their thought? Thanks

I think if you get into the GW program you will get an annual $15k award.

Fulbrights are for graduate study abroad, so in state and out of state are not issues.

that is true, however, the tuition is also slightly higher for those of us in the program.
