I recently got an offer to switch from a Foothill triple suite to a Unit 1 Triple. Which is better? I’m having a hard time deciding…
I know Foothill has less of a “social” environment than Unit 1 and that the dining hall near Foothill is open late at night.
Are the triples at Foothill and Unit 1 relatively the same size?
Thanks so much!
If you are an engineering major, you may prefer Foothill (aka the Virgin Ski Lodge) as it will be closer to your classes. D was in Unit 1 and had lunch at Foothill pretty regularly - thought it was better than Croads (Crossroads, near Units 1/2). Have no idea about the room size.
Alright! Thank you for your quick response!
I’m actually planning to major in Math and need to focus on my studies so I might just stay in Foothill.
Is Foothill close to campus??
Look at a campus map - on the north eastern edge (all housing is either on the edge or just beyond the edge). This is a great map to see the different types of buildings (classes, dorms/dining and libraries), although it is probably a little out of date (the Pacific Film Archive, for instance, is no longer in that building due to seismic issues).
