For those applying to the elite of american higher education, about how many hours of sleep do you get a night???

Many on a weekend. About 6-6.5 on a weekday.

6-7 all the time.

6-7 ours on a weekday–it varies on weekends.

usually 3-5 on weeknights, generally 4.

6-7 10-12 on weekends.

7…are you trying to be sardonic with this post?

Yeah I would say 4-5 =/

I pretty much get 7-8 no matter what.

7-8. it depends on the semester…

Exactly 7.5, no more, no less.

Uh, original 501, mimicking someone else’s sleep cycles isn’t going to get you into Harvard.

8 - 10 hours, not including naps throughout the day. I value my sleep.

Although, is it telling that only one person responded with less than 6 hours?

no, probably not.

5-6 hours on a week night, probably 7-8 hrs on the weekends

I just want to know if what I sleep is normal, compared to others.

That’s all! =]

8+ in high school, 7-9 in undergrad, 6.5-8 in medical school with 9+ at least one day a week.

Sleep deprivation is not the key to success.

unless you want money SO BADLY that ibanking seems like an attractive option.

then it kinda is.

5-6 but at least one all nighter every 3 weeks. My school is way too intense…
