<p>Just back from our visit to Geneseo. S fell in love with the school and students and couldn’t care less about the big green envelope waiting for him here on LI. That’s what Binghamton gets for waiting so long. Congratulations to all of you who still had it at the top of the lists and got the acceptances today. We will think of you with envy every time we have to drive that additional two hours up and back to Geneseo! But he’s really excited and I know that’s all that counts.</p>

If your son fell in love with Geneseo, I am grateful that he’s going to a school he wants to be at. The date of notification shouldn’t have anything to do with it: if he chose to visit Binghamton, he might love it more, or he might not.</p>

<p>D finally got her letter on LI yesterday: waitlisted. She is set on another college already, but was glad to at least put the whole thing to rest. Good luck to everyone going to Binghamton!</p>

<p>I got my letter today. They said that they never received all of the items in order to have my application considered. No idea how that happened.</p>

<p>If they didn’t receive any of the required items above, they won’t even look at your application. There’s a variety of reasons that might have happened… sorry though. :(</p>

<p>Anyone heard back through EOP, I checked through the “back-door” status and I was eligible to pay…OMG I am hoping and crossing my fingers…</p>

<p>I applied for the Watson school for Computer Science and I still havn;t heard. I could NOT pay my deposit. I dont think I am getting in. :(</p>

<p>If Binghamton sent out your decision by U.S. Mail on April 1st, it would likely not arrive at your location until Saturday or Monday.</p>
