for the cross country runners out there

<p>hows your summer training going? hows your mileage so far? im at 197...you?</p>

<p>I started last week. I put in 50 last week, but this week will be closer to 40, since im not doing just distance this week.</p>

<p>im around 180 also, but im not running XC anymore, im rowing :)</p>

<p>i'm playin' some tennis over the summer (that should increase my endurance)</p>

<p>I don't run cross country, but track. I am still training over the summer for another sport. I only run 21 miles a week and have only been off for about a week and a half so I haven't done much yet. I'm a sprinter btw.</p>

<p>we started in May and I refuse to calculate Mileage
just started captains' practices (is this common in other states?) </p>

<p>all i know is we are going wayyyy faster than last year. gosh golly.
this year we are going to state... that would be the goal at least since we just missed it last year. oh well.</p>

<p>I always played football so I never got to do xc, but I've been running like crazy the past few weeks.</p>

<p>Blah, it sucks cause I can't run yet. I broke my leg 2 months ago, I can start running in about a week. I'm gonna suck this year.</p>

<p>ha, i've been slacking since track ended.. i know...i'm a setting a really really bad example for the underclassmen considering i'm capt and every thing... lol..</p>

<p>i think i average 30 a week, builds up through the summer...</p>

<p>What are your PR's or at least a range you guys run in? I'm just curious.</p>
