First comp is September 24th! Our “theme” is broadway. Last year’s show was probably the best we’ve ever performed. We literally just finished the closer Thursday. Friday’s game performance was terrible… I’m not ready for video review in class tomorrow ■■■■■.

bump 10char.

Someone needs to beat Timber Creek.

Immaculata beat South Brunswick this weekend. I was so surprised.

Competed in my first competition this weekend. We got 2nd :(. But, we’ll beat the band that beat us in November at the Asymmetrix Nationals. (It’s a high stepping competition.) We did half a drill and no dance routine, but we have an amazing drill.

Samonuh - why were you surprised? I’ve been to competitions and lata has always been right up there with SB and has beaten them a few times in the past, but the margin has always been very close…

TOB Chapter Championships this weekend

@warriorpride12 South Brunswick did very well in 2009 and 2010. They were the first band from New Jersey to make it into BOA semi-finals. I guess this year just isn’t a good year for them.

Anyways, my band is doing fine. I’m almost 100% sure we’re going to win USSBA Group 4 Nationals, hopefully Grand Nationals as well (Dartmouth is probably going to get that though).

^^ Going into Chapter 1 + 10 championships as #1 seed. So excited.

My band’s show is My Chemical Romance (to those who want to judge, the arrangement actually sounds better than the original songs. But that’s just me.) We do USSA. It’s a really awesome show and so proud to be in marching band.

TOB Group 2A State Champions!!!

Our school is doing a medley to Queen.

Haven’t seen the show on the football field yet, but my expectations remain the same for them every year.

I’m not marching this year… But the show sucked. Tonight was their last comp. They didn’t make state but the cross-town rival (who used to suck, but now is good) got in.

We got a 93.125 this week…lol at USSBA’s huge scores…

Regardless of score, we did well this week. Can’t wait for Nationals in 3 weeks!

TOB Chapter IX Group 4 Champions!!

We’re doing a Bon Jovi show now… it’s alright though. I’m a cymbalist. Alwaysss loafin.

I’m not marching this year, but I think it sounds and looks pretty good. Of course the marching ppl moan and groan about their “awful” formations. Pfft, such perfectionist, lol.

ACCs this Saturday.

I still don’t understand why Timber Creek dropped down to 2A other than the fact that they wanted a free championship.

My band lost Group IV Open Nationals. This is not the way I wanted to end my senior year. I’m still holding back the tears…
