for those who work, how much do you earn per hour?

$10/hr because of 'equity', they say once I have a highschool diploma I won't be limited. JHU research/tech; 40hrs/wk

$6.75 as a tutor at an "educational center". I work ~12 hours a week though, so it's not too bad, plus I like what I do.

$30.

Math Contest Tutor.

But that was during the summer, 2 x a week. Right now, I'm pretty much chilling at home.

When I was a page in the House, I got about $1600 a month, but worked like 35 hours a month.

i work at kroger bagging groceries for people. in addition, i have to go get carts from outside (sucks when the weather's bad...) and clean/maintain the bottle room.

i get paid $6.50/hour, but i also have to pay $5.92 per week in union dues, so its really less than that. i'll be getting a raise in late january though, to $6.75. it's the only raise i'll be getting at this job, ever, according to the union contract.

up until i read this thread, i thought i was fairly well paid for a teenager. apparently i'm wrong...

^^I start at Kroger as a cashier in like 2 weeks..I think I'll make about $7.50/hr.

$70/hour computer tech help--really limited, but I did it last year. Earned around ~$650

Usually $8/hr @ warehouse
$7/hr @ postal office
$20/hr @tutoring at school

Damn I work too much

I worked in a small local gift shop and started out at $5.50 an hour.
After about seven months it was raised to $6.00 an hour.
A few months after that I quit.

$10 an hour as a cashier at a bakery. I work about 10 - 15 hours, and more on vacations. I have to deal with annoying old picky people all day, and during the holidays its absolute madness, the line being out the door constantly. I go in at 11am today, until 8pm. So not looking forward to it. But on christmas we get tips and bonuses. ;D Aside from the people, the only downside is I'm a vegan, so I have to look at yummy stuff I don't eat, and people always ask me "Does it taste good?" and I have no answer. :P

Pizza delivery $6 an hour plus tips I usually get $50-70 cash plus my $6 an hour for a 4-6 hour night shift. I'm not complaining.

I worked in a lab last summer. My advisor said he would pay me as a "math consultant", but decided against it. It probably had something to do with the fact that I'm fifteen and they couldn't even get a dorm for me.
I suppose I will collect my 500 hours of community service now :)

holy crap!!! Even my old violin teacher only charged $45, and she majored in music!

^ Eh, people have a hard time envisioning that. I suppose it looks a bit superficial, but I guess my extensive background makes it up.
