Anyone help with any inside info on what Fordham may prefer to see in the application? It's my son's top choice.

I’m no admissions officer, but my best advice is for your S to keep his grades up and be himself. Write a strong essay about something meaningful, become active in extracurricular activities he enjoys doing etc. Like most schools, Fordham is looking for a strong and diverse class so I don’t think that any one particular focus would be an inside track to admission. But this is just the opinion of one mom. Good luck to him.

^^^Agreed. If he “comes off the page” so to speak in his essay and through his ECs that is way better than just being another GPA/SAT score. Of course, it should go without saying that he should already have a solid transcript!!! Best of luck to him. Fordham was my S’s first choice school too and he is a very happy freshman! :)
