Foreign Language SATII and CAS

<p>On the website it says it is recommended that CAS applicants take a foreign language SATII.</p>

<p>Has anyone gotten in without taking one?</p>

<p>it's just for getting out of the language requirement.</p>

<p>Generally speaking, I don't think you even need to do that well on it for non-FL prospective majors.</p>

<p>I think I read that Harvard only requires a 600 to skip the intro course.</p>

<p>I doubt it would be significantly higher elsewhere.</p>

<p>4/5 on the AP and/or 650 on the SAT II get you out of most lang. requirements completely at penn.</p>

<p>^ Do you have to take it with listening or is a 650 w/o listening enough? Also, if you plan to take the AP Spanish test at the end of senior year and get a 4 or 5 on it, does that mean they don't consider the Spanish Requirement during admissions?</p>
