I took a few foreign language college classes during high school, but i have a 2.667 average in them. This was during high school, and I plan on not taking another foreign language in college, because it does not play a large part in my major. Do you think this will affect my admissions?

no it doesnt matter what your grade was in high school in those languages as long as you completed enough of that language to clear that requirement. Once you complete two years of community college your high school grades do not matter much for UC/CSU

the thing is those classes count as college classes and i get a grade for the community college, but do you think i should explain that in my application?

as far as i know, if you have taken two years of the same foreign language in high school and passed it with at least a C or higher then it fulfills the IGETC requirement.

if they were taken in the community college for a grade then they are part of your transferable GPA

You can try and explain it but the fact that you were in high school is not really an excuse.

not even if i was a freshman in high school?
