<p>Did anyone ever get their rooming offer back after not meeting the accept the offer deadline? Two of my friends and I put each others names and student id's down so that we would be put in the same room, and we were offered a unit 1 triple, and it completely slipped my mind during spring break - it wasn't until today that i realized that i completely forgot to accept the offer. so it's been 10 days or so. i sent a long email about it to reshalls, and my dad's calling early in the morning.. but has this happened to anyone else and they gave you the offer back?! i have no alternate rooming option - i want to room with my friends!!!! aggh i really hope there is something the reshalls can do. do you think they'll make an exception in this case? freshman housing is out until may, and i thought not all that many continuing students choose the dorms anyway.. man i feel really stupid/bad right now.</p>
<p>You have forfeited your two years guaranteed housing by not accepting the offer before the deadline.</p>
<p>are you being serious, because, i'm worried right now and i can't really tell. but to get the 2-yr guaranteed housing we had to accept our FRESHMAN year housing offer by the deadline, this is what the reshall person explained this past summer. I'm not a freshman, I'm a continuing student.</p>

by 03/27/06 or your offer will be rescinded!"</p>
<p>You must accept the new housing offer every year before the deadline in order to continue to two year guaranteed housing. It is best to call in and explain your situation.</p>
