My son received a letter from Northeastern today. At first, I thought it was a recruitment letter..."Congratulations on your exceptional high school achievements. Given this exemplary record, I believe you would be a great fit at Northeastern." The next three paragraphs of the letter discuss the specifics of the college.

At the end it says, "Again, congratulations on your accomplishments. We believe you will be an asset to our community, and we look forward to reviewing your application."

I know some schools send "likely" letters. Is this a likely letter or
just a form letter that everyone receives????
