<p>I wouldn't say I've heard enough to say whether or not they're including asians or not, but I do know that they say somthing to the effect of contact the minority dept or something (it's late) so I'd figure it's only URM's.</p>

<p>I know the college of engineering has special days for which the send out likely letters. One of which is Diversity days (for URMs) the other is hosted by SWE for women in engineering (for women obviously).</p>
<p>Yep, for some university-wide URM students, they will send likelies, along with an invitation to come to the Diversity Hosting Weekend, which is like Cornell Days, only a weekend long.</p>
<p>For some female engineering students, they will send likelies along with an invitation to come to Society of Women Engineer's Weekend, which is pretty much the same as above.</p>
