Don’t worry about the “top tier” frats yo.

There’s some very nice and affordable noraebang and PC bang establishments near campus.

I hope you’re done…you’re clearly bitter that you:
A. Didn’t get a bid
B. Didn’t get into a party
C. See hot girls with frat guys and are jealous

Either way, to the OP: rush a lot of houses, get the feel for the good ones and don’t accept any bids until the end of rush.

Can anyone give a real answer as to what the top tier frats are, without any childish drama? Just plain, simple, answer. Top-bottom, and if possible, what sororities they associate with mostly?

Obviously this is not 100% accurate since tiers are often partially subjective. Other people will disagree but this is a decent layout.

Top
Zete, SAE, Fiji

These guys affiliate with whatever sorority they want.

2nd
Pike, Beta, Sigma Chi, KA (DKE?)

These guys get exchanges with top sororities, but mostly the upper/mid sororities.
3rd
TKE DKE DX (Phi Psi?)
Usually exchange with middle tier sororities.

4th
Pretty much everyone else, I don’t feel like rating anything below. Don’t just disregard lower houses though, a lot of them are up and coming and are building solid momentum that you will be able to benefit from in the coming years. Just go with wherever you fit best, but if it is a lower house, make sure they are actually trying for upward mobility.
