<p>This is freaking me a bit. Since class registration doesn't start until 8/25, why are so many of the reccomended courses already full with long witing lists? It looks like I won't be able to get ANY of the classes they advise me to take!!!</p>

<p>Don’t worry, the system automatically holds seats for freshmen in many classes and will open them up on the first day of freshman registration. I know this is the case for chem and math classes, and usually for college writing programs like MMW.</p>
<p>Sorry, you are right. I looked for a few pages back, didn’t see anything about it and spazzed. I haven’t been on this board in months or would have kept up. Thanks for the reality check.</p>

<p>Do they hold seats for physics too? Sorry, the classes seem so full, unlike the chem ones, which appear half-full.</p>
