Freshman grades

First off, let me say I have a major case of procrastination. Freshman year my grades were horrible, sophomore was ok, junior is ok. I have plans for bumping up my grades, so help me out here please.

Freshman year: 2.50 GPA - trimesters, this is the overall gpa for the year.
Sophomore year: 3.54 GPA - trimesters, same as above.
Junior year: 3.66 first semester, expecting 4.0 second. - overall is 3.91
Senior year: Expecting 4.83 both semesters.
Overall:3.60

Freshman year - No ec's/advanced classes
Sophomore year - No ec's/advanced classes
Junior year - Tennis/Honors Alg. II
Senior year - Key Club, Tennis/AP Literature, AP Chemistry, AP Biology, Precalculus, Spanish III, other advanced class (unsure)

ACT: 30
SAT 1: 1330
SAT II: Chemistry- Expecting 700+
Biology- Expecting 700+
Literature- Expecting 700+

Will have good recs, I already am good with teachers
Good essay most likely

If all goes as planned, will I be gauranteed admission into a good college? I am from India, a first generation student also. I live in MO, and am planning on majoring in chemical engineering.. any thoughts?
I've thought about Mizzou, UMSL, Washington university, Kansas university.
I know my grades aren't stellar, but I think there is significant improvement.
By good college, I mean one where I can graduate with a masters degree, and make a decent (50k+) salary.

By the way, I know everything might not happen the way I want...

Well, the fact that you improved could work in your favor. Freshman year, I had straight A's. My sophomore year, I did horribly in Chemistry (I got a C because I had a really tough teacher). However, my junior year, I pulled my grades back up to A's...and so far for senior year, I have straight A's. I spoke to a college representative about this, and he said that if you show improvement of some sort, then it reflects well.

There can never be a guarantee that you get into a good school. but like trumpeter123 said, you show strong improvement, which is good. (As in it might play in favor of admission)

you are absolutely out of your mind 2.5 to 4.83
i don't quite know what to say

What do you mean? You don't believe me, or its amazing? lol

Well, I think getting into Mizzou or Kansas university will be a breeze for you. However, Washington university is going to be a slight stretch... I think admission is going to be a lot harder for that, the academic standards are pretty strict. Sorry never heard of UMSL :(.

Well if I don't gain admission to a more prestigious school, do you think I would be accepted into an honors program at a state school such as Mizzou?
