From undergrad at UC to grad at Stanford?

Hi everyone,

Even though many of my counselors and professors have urged me to go to grad school I never thought it was something I would do but after some thought I think grad school might be a good option.

I am majoring in Anthropology and was recently accepted to Cal, UCLA, UC Santa Barbara, UC Davis, and UCSC.
I have thought about it for a while now and really want to put my focus within cultural anthropology towards environmental anthropology with a hope to one day work in environmental conservation.

My anthropology professor was telling me that Stanford has a great environmental anthropology program that I should look into for grad school and I know that if someone is thinking of grad school that certain steps need to be taken in undergrad studies.

Does anyone have any insight into which of these schools would best serve me as a student of cultural anthropology looking to transfer to Stanford for a graduate degree in environmental anthropology?
