I've been accepted to both & I'm struggling to decide between them

Currently, I'd say I'm leaning towards New College

Some objective opinions would be very helpful and much appreciated

Thank you

New College is a nice, tiny, state LAC. It’s a good school.

FSU is a large state university with substantially more resources and options, geared to research, graduate studies and professional programs like medicine and law.

They are so totally different environments. They are more dissimilar than similar. You will need to decide whether you want the very small, personal faculty and very small campus and student body vs the very large, very diverse, very varied state U. Better to have overnight visits, really visit with students at both campuses. You need to call ahead to FSU and try to meet with honor students in your major that are juniors or seniors. My guess is that type of visit is very easy at a LAC like New College, and a bit more footwork at FSU. But talk to upperclassman from both. Find out what they like and dislike about each campus. What is your major?

I haven’t completely decided on a major (I’m really indecisive and change my mind every week lol)

FSU’s classical archeaology major kind of sparks my interest and New College’s entire Anthropology department is very enticing

Sounds like visits are in order. Try to email ahead so you can visit the individual departments and meet with students.
