Full Classes

It seems all the classes are full, and there are no parking tickets available for junior undergrads.

Just give Carolina a big **** you and try to figure out how to survive somewhere the hell away from here?

You can ask for permission to register for classes; use waiting lists; after the last ctops classes will open up, you just have to keep checking back. I would imagine juniors would get preference on some of this - so make requests to professors, etc.

If you are interested in a parking spot north of franklin - my son may have one to rent, he will be back next week. PM with your emial if you want him to email you about it.

it seems something finally opened up in junior resident parking. confused about the different zones, though. transfers get last pick on classes.

I got the butt end of some classes, but I’m in one I really need and I’m on the waitlist. My roommate said a lot of people drop em so there’s always openings.

A lot of people over-register with the intention of dropping some of their classes.

If you are comfortable being obnoxious, you can also ask the professor to let you join above the limit.

Take a deep breath and repeat after me:
There will be spaces during the first two weeks of school. THERE WILL BE SPACES!!!

I keep telling myself this. I need to work on my zen meditation because I still don’t know 2 or 3 classes that I’ll be taking this fall.

how have things worked out for you guys now that tomorrow is the last day to add classes?

I still never figured out the waiting list debacle… if they are somehow dropped, and then you can ask permission to enroll after that?

I picked up a few classes that opened up. one i was on the waiting list for. i still have one class I would really like to get into.

Got all the classes I wanted, but I barely made it into one of my seminars. I was 3rd on the waitlist and the first two people declined. Just keep checking ConnectCarolina if really want a class and/or talk to the prof for manual add/drop.
