Hi!
Clark University, MA, has a "Global Scholars Program" for international students. If they choose you, they give you a scholarship from $12,000 to full-tuition, a $2,500 stipend for summer research, and other benefits. Sounds pretty cool.

If you're female, Hollins University in Virginia (all female) gives several full tuition scholarships based on merit.

Okay. lets see what I can have here. most of these schools don't offer engineering. if you really wanna help, give me a school with engineering please.

Out of curiosity, for the purpose of financial aid/scholarships, are Canadians considered "international students"? I'm just a bit confused because I've heard from some places that they were considered domestic students, whereas others say that Canadians are internationals. Does it vary between universities?

I guess if you're seeking to major in engineering apply to Cooper Union. I know that Berea has an engineering program with WUSTL. Schools like MIT, Williams, Middlebury(program with Columbia) mite offer you a full ride since they have need-blind.
