(Gen Bio) I want to get an A, and I am not sure that it is possilble

Hi, this is my first year in Rutgers and i want to get an A in gen Bio. I am not sure if i can though. The one thing that i do know is that i got an 87 raw score on my midterm. the exams are about 60% of my grade, and I am almost confident that i can get great scores on the exams, but the labs. they are three hours every Friday and i they require a bunch of things, that i was not expecting. I am currently about a 1/2 the semester through and i am about a 60% in the labs which are 40% of my grade. I am going to try everything in my power to increase it, but with how it stands i would get a 78% if i get the same score on my next two tests. How would the curve help me? will it bump me into an A range? what specifically is the A range. Also how high do you thing i can bring my 60% half way in the semester(meaning that i have failed a decent amount of things) I know i made mistakes and will most likely get a B but i want an A. Any help would be appreciated.
