<p>Lets say at the ending of the term I end up with a 3.79777 does that mean that the college rounds the GPA up to a 3.8? Or regardless even if it was a 3.799999 it remains a 3.79?</p>

<p>Another GPA question: do 3 credit classes weigh more than a 1 or does it all count the same for your GPA?</p>
<p>Yes, the more credits weigh more. Each credit is worth a certain number of grade points based on the grade you get in the class. So for example if you get an A in a 3 credit class each credit is worth 4 grade points = 12 grade points. 1 credit class only = 4 grade points.</p>
