Hi everyone, my goal is to make it to UCLA, and I'm a freshman. Back in middle school, I made some boneheaded mistakes and when I finally realized it, it was too late. When I hit high school, they placed me in Algebra 1. To get back on track, I've been looking for a community college course in which i could take Geometry in the summer.

At my high school this is the sequence:

Algebra 1 > Accelerated Geometry > Algebra 2/Trig > Precalc Honors

What I want to do is jump ahead so I can hit AP Calculus my senior year.

I've searched all over the internet and can't find ANY community colleges that offer a summer geometry course. Prop 30 recently passed, would that help?

Can anyone help me find a CC that offers Euclidian Geometry in the Orange County/Los Angeles area?

If I were to not take Geometry in the summer, how would that affect my UC admission chances? Also, does it matter if the class is UC transferable, because I want it on my college app. Thanks to all!
