Do you guys know if decisions roll out based on major or school?

i’ve called the office of undergraduate admissions and they keep telling me that only those who asked for early notification have heard back yet and that decisions haven’t been sent out
anyone know anything about the chances of getting accepted as a transfer after being waitlisted last year?

Probably a better chance than people who were rejected, right? It can’t hurt.
That’s straight up not true, I never asked for an early review and I got my decision weeks ago.

ok just actually read through this entire thread and realized the office has been lying to me about sending decisions -any psych majors get in yet???
can someone confirm that this is what has been happening: decisions have been released through email on tuesdays, thursdays, and fridays since april around 5 PM and if you dont hear past the 17th its a rejection?
I was accepted into the college for American Studies today at around 4:30! So excited!

So no one has heard from MSB? Last year decisions came out around May 11, May 12. Seems strange they haven’t came out yet.

I think it is going to be a very small transfer cohort. They took zero from waitlist this year at least that’s what they said in the letters this week. None. I know they are different lists but one would assume they would reflect a general sense of things. Hope I’m wrong Just an opinion. But at this level you must have good options already. However some students may open up a spot or two now that finals are over.
Starting to lose faith… most likely a waitlist/reject at this point… 1500/1600 SAT, 4.3 hs gpa, 3.7 college gpa, startup developing iOS app, admitted to BC, waitlisted at UVA. Feel like it’s May 15th, if they wanted me they would have accepted me by now. Harsh reality knowing I wanted this to happen so much but it is what it is. Have thoroughly enjoyed connecting with all of you these past few weeks!
