Georgetown Transfer Thread

Nice! So it was the math I guess  heehe

And you are using all that on accounting!? What a loss… :P

usmctransfer,

Congrats! I am new to this thread, but I have been following it for some time now.

I am also trying to get an early read, since I have to meet another deadline- I emailed Georgetown but i haven’t received a reply yet. Do you know who you emailed? thanks!

So no one has yet received a rejection letter, right?

I wish they released those first… Having hope for weeks and being rejected in the last couple of days must be so hard! Ah!

College, interdisciplinary studies

OH, I guess that post is irrelevant. My feed didn’t reload, haha.

cchung912, I don’t think so.

If I don’t hear back by May 11, I’ll just focus on my other schools. Accepted at McIntire so no big loss anyway

I just sent them an email requesting an early decision. It’s my last day to confirm my flight return location for my language program, so I actually have to know today.

Do you think it would be better to give them a call?

I did call, and they gave me an email address for my inquiry.

Did you need any proof? You are applying to the College right?

what was the email address for? specially for your college? or a general admissions email?

I left one message for the director/dean of regular admissions, and another for SFS.

The lack of updates/news are driving me INSANE.

I received my acceptance today.

Best of luck to everyone. : )

I just got an email acceptance

OMG, so many accpetances already.

I hope my anxiety won’t influence my finals tmr… why would they want my finals anyway, even though my grades come out qualified, there probably won’t be enough quotas left. And this pressure is driving me crazy…

Btw, I am Political Economics major, any classmates?

This is so hard…

Hang in there man

did your acceptances mention anything about the quota they are filling?

They said 170 out of 2000, but I dont know how much stock to put into that.
