@lolhalp I’m sorry to hear that, and I think you would excel at your other top choice school.
@lolhalp hang in there! Getting rejected sucks but its better than never taking a shot at all. I have a feeling you will do great things no matter where you go. Good luck out there!
@lolhalp I’m sorry to here. Keep your head up. This in no way defines you…
If you don’t mind me asking, what did you apply to, and was this over call or email? Thanks!
For those of you who were accepted, have you received any more information (i.e. evaluation of credits, whether it is for fall or spring admission, financial aid, next steps, etc.)?
*hear
@Ashtash I applied to the college for psych, and I emailed
@lolhalp Thank you. Sorry about the news. Admissions is so competitive and unpredictable and more and more people apply each year. Keep your head up(: Best of luck with wherever you end up
@lolhelp Thanks for updating. Rejection does not define you. We are on the same boat, I already received 6 T20 rejections.
@lolhalp did they by any chance tell you when they would release decision for everyone else?
@janice4527 Not at all. It sounds like they’re finish up but are not quite done reviewing all apps yet. I definitely don’t think they will release decisions next week.
Also, thank you all for the nice comments. I hope you all get in (although we know Georgetown would never lol). Good luck!
I emailed last Thursday about early review and applied to MSB, is it worth following up?
I emailed them Wednesday and got a reply yesterday asking for confirmation from Cornell
Will there be any decision tonight?
Accepted MSB
@IvyBound511 when/how did you get the decision? congrats!
also what were your stats if you don’t mind me asking? did they mention how many spaces available there were?
OMMMMGGGG!!! I got my decision, accepted to Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
“This year, the Committee on Admissions considered over 2,600 candidates for approximately 100 available spaces. You are to be congratulated on your admission in this very competitive process.”
did you request early reads or were they just sent out?
congratulations!!
@IvyBound511 @yayy12 Did you guys requests early reads? I also applied to MSB. Im nervous
@falconic thank you. I didn’t ask an early read. They just sent out the decision. I was about to send a request for an early read because I am also accepted to Cornell University. Tough time to choose between these two great schools. I will appreciate your opinion on this…
