<p>i have about 54 transferable credits from 4 year institution.... DO I still have to send in my Highschool record?? Not that i dont want to but its pain in my a$$ to do so. </p>

<p>It's up to the university. Normally, you have to still send in your high school trasncript UNLESS...</p>
<p>1) You have 60+ credits
2) You are over 25 years old.</p>

<p>actually, I didn't have to send in my HS transcript or SAT scores to Georgetown because I graduated from HS five years ago and I took the SAT's six years ago.</p>
<p>I didn't have to send in my HS transcripts or SAT's to GT either (thank God). They went strictly on my college transcript.</p>
<p>gosh you all are lucky! I had to send in my HS transcripts to every college. Not something I am proud of but WOW does it show improvement.</p>

<p>I have an atrocious high school transcript, but sending it did not bother me; though it felt acerbic, it definitely reflects improvement. At least Georgetown can now measure my performance off some sort of standard.</p>
<p>I just spoke to Georgetown admission.... somehow i still need to send in my high school records..... what the... i graduated in 1999... everytime i call they give me different answers.</p>
<p>what? that's crazy..i asked them twice about sending in HS transcripts and SAT's and they said No both times..that's annoying. Grrr..I feel like they already contacted people with incomplete applications, so, wouldn't they have sent me something??</p>
<p>ok i just called admissions..i didn't directly ask about hs transcripts, but asked if i would have already been notified if my application were incomplete. she said yes, i would have heard by now, so since I didn't send in the hs transcript, I'm thinking they don't need for me to send it in.</p>

<p>Yes...to all schools but Brown. Most of the schools thought I had enough credits and a decent enough GPA to where I didn't need my HS transcripts. My HS trascripts were...let's say...(cough)...ok :)</p>

<p>Well, I just called the nurising dept and they told me not to worry about it, I don't need to send in transcripts from high school and the fact that I don't have them won't hurt me. <whew> thank goodness, cause if they saw my high school grades I'd go into the reject pile for sure...maturing is a wonderful thing.</whew></p>

<p>i found out that... if your out of highschool for more than 5 year... they dont put emphasis or weigh your highschool record! (they just wanna take a peek)
