I want to go to college and major in communications, but the problem is I havent taken journalism or anything like that in high school. Is that going to hurt me if I apply to a school stating that I want to be a communications major? The only school I am looking at with a real elite journalism program is Seton Hall. Besides that I am looking at Villanova, St Joseph's U, La Salle, Ursinus, Manhatten, St John's, and Fordham.

I know it probably just sends like I am freaking out but I am curious. I would have loved to have been on my school newspaper but it never fit into my class schedual.
