Getting into Cornell?

I have recently started taking highschool and college seriously and I really need some help making myself a worthy applicant for Cornell(AEM). I have always wanted to go to the school, but I didn't realize how hard it is to be admitted.
Right now I am half way through sophomore year, so I have quite some time before applying.
My GPA:
Freshman Year: 4.0 uw (both semesters) (Was ranked 9 out of 750)
Sophomore Year: 1st semester 3.5 uw (tough teachers and coursework, slacked off a bit)
Overall GPA: 3.846 (Hopefully a 3.9 or 3.92 before ED)

I dont really have many awards besides some piano stuff (9 years of playing), I stopped playing piano for a while (stopped taking classes) and just played for fun, but I plan to take the state proficiency test to prove my level. I am also playing piano for the residents at the place where I volunteer at.

I took the PSAT and scored 202 (68 CR, 64 M, 70 W) (Screwed up math I got a 80 freshman year, so superscore is like 218)
I really want a 2250+ on the SAT
I was on winterbreak these last 3 weeks and prepared greatly for all my classes and I am on a strict SAT study plan.

I have been volunteering alot in the same place since July and I have about 250 hours (6 months), I have been folowing a schedule and will have about 1200 to 1500 hrs before applying (I really like volunteering there and I have some leadership positions)

In Highschool I am involved in 3 clubs.
FBLA - will most probably become VP or President in Junior and Senior Year.
Academics Club - Was an officer Freshman Year, but didnt make it Sophomore Year, I will try again as a Junior and Senior.
Academic Decathlon - Maybe Captain or Co-Captain Senior Year (I plan to place 1st in Economics (For AEM) for my region, not sure about state)
I also REALLY like Investing and would like to start a school club about it, I placed very high in the Million Dollar Challenge competition a while back, but I did it under my mother's name because I wasn't old enough.

I am starting a non-profit community organization soon, not sure how it will turn out though.
Any other ideas how to make my resume better will greatly help!
I am really determined about getting into Cornell now and will practically do anything (nothing bad thought).
=) Thanks if you actually read this, please comment, I really need some advice and criticism .

One thing that I think helped me get in was a summer business program I took at Drexel University. I would look for opportunities in the summer to get either some business related experience or to attend a college level business program.

Apply to Cornell Summer College for The Business World program

AEM is one of the most popular majors at Cornell,
so it might be tough getting into it right off the bat.
YOu still have lots of time to prepare, but if you’re not confident
closer to the time of the application, you can for a different major and simply transfer.
(This is not THAT difficult if you’re already in CALS).
I know some people who went from engineering to AEM.
