GoGo!my dream!

hi, i was a applicant who applied ED for Upenn, but i was rejected.

however, i am still eager to become a student in Upenn.

so i have a question, if i can apply Upenn again as a freshman next year while i am attending another university (NYU)?

From: [Penn Admissions: Transfer Eligibility and Requirements](http://www.admissions.upenn.edu/applying/eligibility.php)

ya, thanks, i have read it, but still i do understand that.
is that means they dont want the student who is in the first year of the university?

@Jo19931229: Yeah. They want you to apply for transfer AFTER your freshman year at, well in your case, NYU.

is that hard to transfer compare with freshman?
what is the percentage of transfer?

Based on the statistics in bold from Penn’s Transfer Applicant Website ([Penn Admissions: Transfer Applications](http://www.admissions.upenn.edu/applying/transindex.php)), it’s about 10%. BUT, it depends on what school you are applying for. For Wharton, I’d say around 3%.
